Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
reconsideration on CS FOR HOUSE BILL  NO. 264(FIN)"An Act                      
levying and providing for the collection of and disposition of the             
proceeds of a fishery resource landing tax; and providing for an               
effective date" which had been placed at the bottom of today's                 
calendar (page 2208) be held to the May 9 calendar.  Without                   
objection, it was so ordered.
